Realm had evolved from a home valuation app into a renovation marketplace, but the brand and website hadn’t kept pace with that shift. The messaging and visuals were inconsistent, and the experience felt fragmented across in-person events, the website, and the app.
I led the brand and website refresh end-to-end, owning brand strategy and web execution while leading research and discovery. I partnered closely with leadership, product, sales, engineering, and an external design agency to align the organization around a clear direction.
Our goals were to clarify Realm’s value proposition, build trust, and improve engagement and conversion. The refresh resulted in a 50% increase in the homepage click through rate.
The visual refresh modernized Realm’s identity, while keeping in grounded in what already resonated. I had the pleasure of working with the talented team at Hasa Casa, and we updated the brand color system, typography, illustration style, and redesigned the core website pages to create a more cohesive and trustworthy experience. To bring the product story to life, we introduced a 3D hero animation that visually expressed how Realm transforms homes.
