Realm LA Wildfire Response

Realm is a renovations marketplace, helping homeowners to connect with vetted contractors. When the January 2025 LA wildfires impacted homeowners across the region, Realm needed to quickly adapt its product, messaging, and communications to support people rebuilding their homes. Our goal was to provide impacted homeowners with clear, trustworthy resources, regardless of conversion. With disaster-related scams on the rise, building trust was essential.

I led the brand, communications, and content strategy, as well as execution. We positioned Realm as a reliable rebuilding resource through a mix of free educational content and the company’s full-service offering. The work included launching a homeowner resource hub with actionable rebuilding guides, hosting an in-person community event, and developing landing pages, email, and social campaigns, as well as media outreach. The effort resulted in national press coverage in Inc. Magazine and Entrepreneur, along with qualified leads, conversions, and referrals.
